Refund: If a payment fails to reach us but the amount is debited from your account, the funds should be returned to your account by your bank within 3-5 business days. If you cancel a paid service, refund timing depends on the payment method and the portion of the service used; refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days.
Cancellation: You may cancel a service before its agreed start date. Refunds for partially used services will be calculated pro rata. We do not apply hidden or extra fees beyond what is stated in your order.
